Exterior Cleaning Services in Madera & the Central Valley

Five services. Each one has a right way and a fast way, and the difference usually doesn't show up until the following season. Here's the right way.

Pigeons nesting under your solar panels

Bird Proofing

Steel mesh fitted to the panel perimeter so the birds cannot get back underneath.

Pigeons get under solar arrays because the gap between the panel and the tile is a dry, shaded, predator-free shelf. Once a pair nests, droppings build up on the tile, the wiring gets chewed, and the mess washes down into your gutters every time it rains. I clear the nesting material out, wash and sanitize the area underneath, then fit powder-coated steel mesh clipped to the panel frame — not stapled to your roof, and never anything that voids a solar warranty.

  • Nesting material and droppings cleared and the deck sanitized
  • Powder-coated steel mesh clipped to the panel frame, not your tile
  • Protects panel wiring from being chewed through
  • Stops the droppings that stain tile and clog gutters

Black streaks spreading across your tile

Roof Cleaning

Low-pressure soft wash that kills the algae instead of blasting your tile apart.

Those black streaks are algae, and pressure alone does not solve them — it just knocks the top layer off and cracks tile while doing it. I soft wash at low pressure with a treatment that kills the organism at the root, so the roof stays clean far longer than a blast job and nothing gets broken, lifted, or forced under the tile.

  • Low-pressure soft wash — no cracked, lifted, or displaced tile
  • Treats the algae at the root so it does not come straight back
  • Restores the actual color of the tile, not a temporary rinse
  • Landscaping rinsed and protected before and after

House Washing

The full exterior brought back — walls, eaves, trim, and the concrete around it.

Valley dust, sprinkler overspray, and years of sun turn stucco grey long before it is actually worn out. A full house wash takes the walls, eaves, soffits, trim, and the driveway and walkways around them back to the color they were. This is the single job that changes how a house reads from the street, which is why realtors book it before listing photos.

  • Walls, eaves, soffits, and trim, not just the easy-to-reach faces
  • Driveway, walkways, and patio concrete included
  • Correct pressure for stucco, siding, and painted surfaces
  • The fastest visible change to curb appeal before a listing

Freshly cleared rain gutter running along a tile roof edge above a rinsed driveway on a Central Valley home

Water spilling over the edge in the first real rain

Gutter Cleaning

Hand-cleared, flushed, and checked for the problems that only show up wet.

A gutter packed with rotted leaf mulch does not drain, it overflows — down the stucco, into the fascia, and against the foundation. I clear the troughs by hand rather than blowing debris across the roof, flush every downspout to confirm it actually runs, and report any sagging hanger or separated seam I find while I'm up there. All debris leaves with me.

  • Troughs cleared by hand and bagged, not blown onto the roof
  • Downspouts cleared
  • Loose hangers, seams, and rusted sections reported to you
  • Protects fascia, stucco, and foundation from overflow damage

Glass you can no longer see the yard through

Window Cleaning

Inside and out, with tracks, screens, and frames done as part of the job.

Most window cleaning stops at the outside pane, leaving the tracks full of grit. I do interior and exterior glass, wipe the frames, brush and rinse the screens, and clear the tracks, because a clean pane sitting in a dirty track still looks dirty. Hard-water spotting from sprinkler overspray gets treated separately.

  • Interior and exterior glass, frames wiped down
  • Screens brushed and rinsed, tracks cleared of grit
  • Hard-water and sprinkler spotting treated, not just wiped
  • Streak-free finish, or I come back and redo it
