Low-pressure soft wash that kills the algae instead of blasting your tile apart.
Those black streaks are algae, and pressure alone does not solve them — it just knocks the top layer off and cracks tile while doing it. I soft wash at low pressure with a treatment that kills the organism at the root, so the roof stays clean far longer than a blast job and nothing gets broken, lifted, or forced under the tile.

I clear the troughs by hand rather than blowing debris across the roof, flush every downspout to confirm it actually runs, and report any sagging hanger or separated seam I find while I'm up there. All debris leaves with me.
