I spent four years washing houses for other companies — thousands of properties across the Valley, cleaning roofs, stucco, glass, driveways and gutters. That volume teaches you the trade quickly, and it also teaches you exactly where the shortcuts get taken.
Other companies usually take the same three: pressure turned up on a tile roof because it's faster than treating the algae, gutter debris blown across the shingles instead of bagged, windows squeegeed while the tracks stay packed with grit. None of it shows on the day. All of it shows by the next season.
Doing those jobs properly takes time the schedule never allowed. Prestige is how I make that time part of the job.
What owner-operated actually means
It means there is nobody between you and the person doing the work. You call, I answer. I come out and look at the property myself before quoting a number, and I am accountable for how the job is finished.
It also means there is nowhere to pass the blame. Every job carries my name, and in a community this size that reputation is the business. If something isn't right, tell me and I'll come back.
